You can choose to start by visiting our SHOP BY NEED page to assist you with choosing the best solutions for your needs When ordering you can use the “coordinate with my order” option to have matching outfits You can choose to have our free clothing labeling for easy identification of your clothing, we also have Plus sizes, and you can choose to have items altered for size when ordering If you are purchasing for a loved one, we offer a welcome in basket with basic hygienic needs <> Additionally, you can subscribe to have toiletries ordered automatically within a certain time Our company was built to do more than supply you with clothing. This is why we have begun the Because iCare Initiative to have a place to share stories of hope, overcoming and growth. After your order is placed, you will have an opportunity to share a message with someone overcoming a similar time. Your note will be printed and included in another’s order. You can also be a part of the growing initiative to help others by commenting on our blogs page.  

 

 
   
 

Our in-house order processing takes approximately 2 business days to prepare and send your order. Transit time is determined by the shipping method selected. All of our packages are shipped via UPS Ground or UPS Priority Mail. As we mail your order, we will send you an email with information to track your order..

Much of our clothing is designed for people who need full or partial help with their daily dressing and as such they tend to run a little generous to help make dressing easier for both the dresser and caregiver  Our everyday line of clothing uses a more traditional size scale that you'll find on our   "Sizing Guidelines"  page .  Since we purchase from dozens of manufacturers, each of whom has its own idea of what constitutes "Small","Medium", "Large","and "Extra Large" we prefer to use actual measurements whenever possible to assure a good fit.  If you're just not sure or you need more assistance, our customer service staff will use their years of experience to help solve your loved ones special needs.
