Our in-house order processing, including order entry, picking and packaging takes approximately 48 hours. For example, if we receive you order on Monday, it should be in the shippers truck on Wednesday. The transit time is determined by the shipping method selected. Our most frequent and least expensive shipping method, (only $7.50 per order.) is via FedEx GROUND and it takes only 5-6 working days, (not including the pick-up day) to reach the East Coast, and about 4-5 working days for the Mid and South East. FedEx does provide quicker shipping options such as 3-Day Select, (frequently $14.50 per order) or even 1-Day Overnight costing around $35.00 per small, lightweight package. If you have an urgent situation, one of these may be useful. Just let us know. If you request one of these quicker shipping methods, we will work even harder to expedite your order through our processing and make it available to the shipper as soon as possible. For more detailed shipping projections, you can also go to the FedEx web site or click this link - http://www.fedex.com/index.html, then input our address as the “Shipping From” information “ 849 Performance Dr. Stockton, Ca. 95206,” and your receiving address as the “Shipping To” information. (Note: You can use any weight qty. from 1lb. to 25lbs. It doesn’t affect the shipping time.)
Occasionally, we may be out of stock on the exact item you are requesting. If that happens, we will attempt to contact you as quickly as possible with alternative suggestions. Also, If you have other possible choices, in case that happens, you may want to include those ideas in the order forms “Special Requests” box. | |

We’re not happy until you are, so there is no risk to you. If you or the “wearer”, for any reason, doesn’t like what was received, (color tones, patterns, size, designs, etc.) send it right back, unwashed and unworn, for an exchange, credit, or refund. It’s your choice. |

One way is with our shipping policy. Because we are never sure who will open the package when it arrives, our shipping paperwork will not contain pricing information, (unless you specifically request it.) You can expect to receive an invoice, (with complete pricing) mailed within about 5 working days.
