Were not happy until you are! And we know how difficult it can be to buy clothes for other people. If you, or the wearer, are not fully satisfied with your purchase, dont like the color, size, fit, etc, you may return it for a merchandise refund, credit or exchange within 30 days of the purchase date. Just complete the Return, Refund, Exchange form that will be included in your shipment and enclose it with the item you are returning.
We will accept only new items that have not been worn, laundered or altered.
If a mistake was made on our part, i.e. we ship an item, size or quantity other than what was ordered, please call our office to request an Return Service pick up tag. |
